Bridget Jones's Diary

|
 |
 |
 |
 |
Mark Darcy was looking
at me with a look
of
horror on his face.
|
'Why aren't you
married yet,
Bridget?'
|
Magda, Tom, Sharon
and Jude
were at the
door.
|
'Bridget!
There's water
pouring through
my ceiling!'
|
The blue line meant
I was pregnant!
|
 |
 |
 |
 |
 |
Everybody was
staring at me.
|
But
it was too late.
I was halfway down
the pole.
|
I recorded it and
I've
watched it five
times.
|
Dad and I went to the
airport to meet Mum
this
evening.
|
'You sleep,'
said Julio,
pointing
ad Dad,
'with him.'

Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason

|
 |
 |
 |
 |
'But
err... could you put
the
shelf supports in
line
with each other?'
|
A
few minutes later,
she
walked into the
bar...
|
'There's
something
strange
around your
waist.'
|
'Bridget,'
he yelled.
'You've
forgotten to
put
your skis on!'
|
Then
I saw a figure
getting
out of the
back.
|
 |
 |
 |
 |
 |
There's
a great big
hole
in the side of
my
flat.
|
Then
she looked
upwards,
raised her
arms
and jumped.
|
Then
the officials
emptied
my bag, took a
knife
and cut the lining.
|
'Bridget,
this isn't
a
pen.
It's
a bullet.'
|
Then
I told him how
I
felt about him,
how
I really, really felt.
